Is there software that lets Windows users make Enhanced Podcasts yet? Mac users have Podcast AV, and a lot of other software to choose from. But windows has none, at least I haven't heard of any.
I would have thought by now someone would have found a way to make an enhanced podcast on windows machines, It has been a long time since apple released the Chapter Tool software and iTunes 4.9
