does anyone have any good info on these buds? (not the stuff that's listed on the site...)
i've heard that they're made by senneheiser... i haven't found any proof of that fact though. anyone have any info on these things?
Good question. I have no idea but I'd be shocked if they weren't some customized OEM offering from China.

Yeah. Sennheiser wouldn't make headphones that feel that cheap.

They are probably an in-house design, like the click wheel on the iPod.

hey,
to the person whop said about senns not feeling cheap- try an iriver H340, the stock earfones, although good sounding, feel very light and cheap, and are made by senn...

well if they are made by sennheiser then they have to be credited to sennheiser in some way in the manual or on some piece of ipod information page.

Am yes they do, it is a legal requirement that they do.

No they don't. There is no legal requirement in the US that an OEM supplier's identity be disclosed in another company's owners manual, maybe in Ireland.
BTW, isn't it like 3am in Ireland right now? Why aren't you sleeping?

i wasn't sleeping cos i couldn't, i'm sick....well not now. Otherwise i'd be out with my mates clubbing or whatever.

Yes, the H300 stock phones are made by Sennheiser. It has the Sennheiser signature on each earphone and they are cheap for sure, but they sound a thousand times better than my Nano's stock earphones ...
