"Do Not Disconnect"???

I have a 60gb ipod photo/video and whenever the ipod is plugged in it says do not disconnect even after is has updated. how do i fix it? also is cucusoft a good program for putting dvds on my ipod?

just press eject in itunes. at the ipod tab. i'm not sure about cucusoft but i like dvd decrypter and videora.
