Question about video ipod

I got a 60Gb Video iPod yesterday for xmas, but now I'm having a hell of a time getting movies on it, I spent the last 90 min on the phone with apple tech support, then I was disconnected from the line before I talked to anyone. I was up untill 3 am trying to figure out how to do it.

My question is how do I get a movie that is in my library to my ipod video. I dragged and droped one and it worked somewhat fine, but all the other ones that I try to add smply do nothing, I have read that other people have this problem but hen they drag it it gives them an error, I do not recieve this error.

Thanks in advance for your help, and sorry if this has been posted before I searched the forum for topics that were related to my problem, but I did not find any.

Videora and video2pod are softwares that make that task easier. And next time please post in the right forum
