Has anyone tried using Rainx on a video ipod screen? This may or may not be a good idea and that's the question. Chemically it might react in a negative way because it contains denatured alcohol. On windshields, which are glass, this stuff is truly amazing. For those who don't know you apply it to your windshield and it makes the glass very clear and water just slides and bounces off. It seems to coat the glass with a super strong clear coating. It's one of the few things I've ever bought that was better than I expected.
I hesitate to apply this without some feedback. I don't know what the surface of the video ipod is made of. I've heard of people using car polish, brasso, McGuire's, etc. without ill effects. Any thoughts or experience?
