iPod will not Autoplay,,Comp Not Recognizing

I Tried Resetting My iPod but cannot get it to work on the computer.

Is this something the factory needs to get involved in?

The iPod plays normally and seems to work fine
A couple days ago,it was locked on a screen but I reset it and it seemed normal,but now as stated it will not Be recognized on the computer.

Is there anything else I can try?

I have tried draining the battery to 0 but it still will not "Autoplay" as the computer searches for that mode and thennothing.
I`ve tried the iPod Updater but t too stats that "No iPod connected"

What to do??

i'm having the same problem. i've had the ipod replaced twice, and the problem keeps coming up. if anyone knows what's wrong, i would much appreciate it.
