how do i get videos onto my ipod

Hi just got my new ipod today, its great but not sure how im going to get videos onto it. Ive managed fine with photos and mp3 files, but i have some videos in 'my videos' which is in 'my documents' (pc) and not sure how to get them onto my ipod and its stressing me out a bit.
