Child size earbuds?

Has anyone seen child size earbuds for sale?

My wife is soon to become an iPod Shuffle owner, but has very dainty ears and adult earbuds such as those that come with iPods cause soreness for her. Anyone seen smaller, child-size buds for sale online? (May have to be online as we are currently carless in a rather rural state.)

No, I haven't seen them but for my 7 year old daughter, I got her the Sony EX51s and they fit great on her. They also have 3 sizes of the eartips so fit can be adjusted.
