It comes with dock, earphones, 3 carrying cases (one from the factory, a leather case and an Iskin case) AV cable, FireWire cable, USB 2.0 Cable and AC adaptor.
It also comes with a NYKO universal car mount, Itrip and Applecare Warranty until Nov 06.
It is a brand new replacement (not refurbished) from Apple that I just received as my original one was replaced. I have all original boxes and packaging.
Selling for $399US and can list through Ebay if you would like.
