Burning cd problem in iTunes v6

I'm having trouble burning audio cd's since moving to iTunes v6. Most (but not all) of the time it aborts the burn half-way through and gives an unknown error code (4450). Slowing the burning speed seems to have no effect. I didn't have this problem in the last version of iTunes that I was using.

Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know of any work around? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Another suggestion I've seen for this error is trying a different brand of CD-R for the burn.
