iSkin Belt Clip Suck!

I have an iSkin exo for my 20GB 3G iPod and I sometimes use it with the belt clip, not all the time but maybe 30% of the time it is cliped to me. Well I was noticing some stress cracks in the cheap plastic of the clip but found other post on here suggesting that it happens to alot of people.

Well today it was cliped to me at school and I was walking down the hall and my ipod fell to the floor! I had fast reflexes and caught it before it hit the floor but it came very close. I noticed the reason for this was that the stupid belt clip had snaped completly in half and causeed the iPod to fall. Not very safe.

The thing is, I dont use the belt clip that often and the case is not old at all. there is no reason why this should happen, I mean what if it had hit the floor and broken. I keep it in the case to keep it safe and when the thing falls sudenly to the floor than its not very safe. Now I'm without a clip for my case and I have to carry it aroud in my hand with my books and stuff all day.:mad:

I use an iSee case. I put the iPod in my pocket with the clip over the outside edge. Should the clip fail, the iPod falls into my pocket.

I don't trust any belt clip. Nothing is stong enough to prevent the iPod from getting knocked off of the belt because you're wearing it out in the open. Someone brushes against you or you brush against something and there it goes... hundreds of dollars sent plummeting to the ground.

Just put it in a pocket...
