Just thought I'd share my experience with thinkdifferent store, ordering from Canada. I made 2 orders. Second one got lost in the mail. (I blame Canada Post. They're a bit of an embarassement...) Took a while to sort out but thinkdifferent they sent me a new shipment at no charge or hassle, which showed up promptly.
Good customer service is so rare these days, I thought it's worth pointing out. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.
