Hey I downloaded Diana Krall's Jingle Bells free sing and I am just really confused. Why does the song end with "I'm just crazy 'bout horses!" Did I mis something

Maybe she just really likes horses?

I know that's probably it, but it just seems so off kilter. I've never heard that in another version of the song, so it was really odd!
