Hello Everyone,

Is this possible....

With the USB cable from apple to have the firewire plugged into the charger and the USB into the PC. Will it charge and be functional (via USB)?

Just curious.........thinking of getting the USB attachment.

Yes, just keep the firewire end plugged into the charger and the usb into your computer and connect the 3rd connection to your ipod and you're charging while uploading files or whatever else!

It doesn't mean your usb connection is powering your ipod, just that it can connect to the charger while connected through usb with that special adapter cable.
