OK, after I said how perfect the Drive+Play was for me, after using it for a few days, I am beginning to wonder if this is true.
I think it may not be able to handle the file size of audible files. I am not sure of this, but it seems to be the case. Is there anyone out there using the Drive+Play with audible files?
Here are the problems I am having -
-The time into the track is never accurate. I can't seem to find a pattern of what it does show. I can be hours into a book, and it shows I am only a few minutes into it.
-Occasionally the unit shuts down and restarts, but the track still plays and sound continuously plays through the speakers. If I wasn't looking at the display, I would never know this is happening.
-Very rarely, when I first start the car, it starts, but then powers down and I have to manually turn it on.
These problems only seem to happen with audible files. I have not used it enough to say with confidence that it only happens with audible and never non-audible content, but so far that is tha pattern.
