Hello everyone, I have 2 questions.
1. I recently switched from a iPod photo 60gig to a iPod Video 60gig. Tune transfer and iPodAgent are not working. Is there another software I can use to tranfer my music from my ipod to my hardrive? And, did anybody else notice that the the 5g changes all the song names (in the system folder) to 4 letter caps (EGAE, PEDF)?
2. I had my iPod plugged up to my laptop (WIN XP) and it got disconnected. Now none of the songs are showing and it appears as if it's empty. When I go to 'Settings' - 'About' it says that I Capacity = 55.6GB, and Available = 18GB. I also went to the music folder within the system files and there are music files inside of the folders. Can somebody PLEASE tell me how to get these songs to show up?
