Suggestion: Quick reply box

This is a message to the admins,

I'd like to suggest you install the quick reply hack found here (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34597&highlight=quick+reply). I have it installed on my board and it works great. It is very useful to users, and it saves you on bandwidth as well!

I don't understand. What does this box do?

It adds a box at the bottom that allows you the option to type a reply to a thread on the same page as the thread itself.

You can see an example of it if you scroll down to the bottom of the link I included in the first post of this thread.
