I just had windows recently updated on my computer and have since noticed that it says for Total Disk Space: 9.63 GB this seems awfully low to me and i have a feeling there is more space on my computer but im just not sure. Any idead if 9.63GB of disk space makes sense?

could it be of any hidden files? or viruses, adware, or spyware? recently just two weeks ago i reformatted my computer. powerful p 4 2.8 machine. however i got spyware and adware on it, and at first after i reformat it, i should have cleared it out and get all my free space back. although i only got like 10 free gigabytes. and now i'm down to 2 free gigabytes. someone please help! i know i'm suppose to have more than at least 20 gb of free storage space.
