I've been thinking about doing the aux-box, to rca to 3.5mm, to belkin auto kit, but does that mean that I won't be able to use my in dash, factory 6disc cd player/changer? does anyone know?

if theres something already plugged into the jack you'd be using for the adapter then no, you won't be able to use both. if its built in there shouldnt be a problem.
