I feel like an idiot.
For the life of me, I can not get iTunes to recognize ANY mp4 videos at all... none whatsoever.
I've read tutorials and whatnot, and it says to enable video you need to go into Preferences, Ipod, Video, and choose your setting there. However when I go there, everything is greyed out and I can do nothing.
I would really appreciate some help. I feel dumb, I'd like to get some videos that I made on there so I can play around some... but this just isn't working out for me right now.
