yeah i got a crappy car...but i still want full integration of my ipod w/o spending tons of cash. i want to be able to play and charge my 5g 60gb black ipod. whats my best solution?

right now i'm using an icarplay plus...works ok but every now and then i get interference and i'd just rather not bother w/ looking for and changing stations everywhere i go

the car has a stock cd player w/ no tape deck. i'm thinking if i can the best thing would be to get a belkin auto kit which charges and has a 3.5 jack on the dock connector and hook that up to some rca jacks into the back of the deck. the deck has cd changer controls so i think i could get a cable to go in the back and take rca inputs for an aux.

will this work? any suggestions?

I can't seem to find any cd-changer to rca adapters for kia's. So it looks like your options are to use a direct fm-modulator. this should be helpful: www.atlanticcomfortsystems.com/ipod/

Or to just get an aftermarket deck with inputs.

do you have a kia or are you just looking online for one.

i think i'll try and thake the deck out and look at the back of it to see if this option will work

also i think i'll get the monster icarcharger instead of the belkin...it'll match my black ipod better, and i think it looks better overall

if i can't do that option i'll prob have to get a cheap deck w/ a front aux input option
