okay. me and my brother own an ipod each. mine is a g2 20gb click-wheel. my brother's is a brand spanking new 20gb ipod photo. mine connects to my computer nicely, can be updated, is recognized blahblahblah etcetc. on the other hand, his keeps sending a message that the usb device is not recognised.
have tried re-downloading the latest updater, itunes, tried using all the six available usb ports on my computer, switched usb wires, disconnected and reconnected all the usb devices on my computer...
so...what's the problem? pls help!
