Just got the itrip in the mail today from APPLE COMPUTERS (I ordered it Last Sunday from the apple store) It freakin rocks! I was using the irock FM transmitter and the signal was okay at best. The itrip's signal seems much stronger or at least the reception on my car's stereo is much better. So, ya'll that are wondering about the whole FM transmitter thing....itrip all the way, lil' buddy.

Yeah, I had tried the irock too, and it was extremely disappointing. I figured it would be good for trips, but around Austin, even on the best two possible settings, it was really varied. At it's best it was actually pretty good, but it was more often than not plagued with a hell of a lot of static.

Forget that! They have them on Apple online store for 1/2 that.

Even better, go to www.ecost.com and type in 'itrip' in the search box. They have'em for $30.29. They also have many other ipod accessories for slightly cheaper.

Good price! But it does not look like they are in stock, which I believe is the reason why folks are willing to pay over MSRP on eBay for these things. You gotta love the free market system!:D
