can i cancel a backorder at thinkdifferentstore.com?

i've never dealt w/ the thinkdifferentstore before...i ordered a maclear zip late tuesday night and this morning i get an email saying that its backordered. wtf? coulda told me that before i ordered. anyway now i wanna cancel that order and get an exo iskin (which are hopefully in stock, but hey doesnt look like they do real time inventory updating...or even update inventory to begin with!) instead. i've emailed them twice already and no response. anyone ever have any experience in trying to cancel an order at thinkdifferentstore.com?? also does anyone have a phone number to contact them?

They have just changed the look of their site and that means a few bugs need to be fixed. They have eXo and I am sure they would be happy to make the exchange.
