I've been listening to music on my 1st gen Gold Mini for quite some time now with the stock apple earphones and feel I need better sound. I have been wondering if my best bet would be to buy the Apple In-Ear headphones or a pair of Shure's? I know that the Shure's are definiately more expensive but are worth the price and is there reasonable sound difference between them and the Apple In-Ear headphones. I am also need the headphones to be comfortable. If you know another pair of in-ear headphones which you think I'd be interested in please list them below. It'd be great to hear your opinions and suggestions.

doesn't really matter what type of earphones, almost any other type of earphones will sound better and feel better than the apple earphones. i use the sony mdr-ex71sl earphones, they fit great, sound great, but the cord that covers the wires is really fragile and most people who own it complain that it eventually tears or dissolves exposing the wires underneath. when i got my new iPod, i forgot my sony earphones and i ended up using the apple ones... oh man, such a big difference. first of all, it was so uncomfortable to use, and the sound was definitely inferior.
