Iskin glow removable? (on glowing colors)

I was screwen around with my glow in the dark Fusion iSKin under a black light (i was bored), when i realized there were thousands of tiny glowing specks on my hands. they only glow if you charge them under a black light and the glow dosn't last more than a minute but they are there. Has anyone noticed this? my main concern is if theses specks could be toxic (not sure). should this even be happening?
Just thought i should share my discovery.

You are getting them on your hand?
This material is inside of the silicone. Try washing it and then do the test.
