Will the ROKR always remain for Cingular only? I use Verizon because it has better reception and service, but I want to use the ROKR in my day to day commuting. Do you think it will remain a Cingular-only phone?

I'm guessing that this model will be, but in the future apple if this has any amount of success at all apple will want to expand

Other Motorola phones are unlockable... so i guess all you need to do is find someone who could unlock it.

Cingular/ATT/T-Mobile phones arn't compatable with Verizion/Sprint/Nextel networks. Motorola has to release a compatable ROKR. Usually these exclusive deals last about 6 months, then everybody has them..................

And who knows, an Apple smartphone?

The ROKR is still new, it has problems with reception and the cannels mix when listening to music. T-mobile, Verizon and other companies should offer the ROKR by next year
