I have a 4gb mini about 6 months old, still under warranty, and has applecare (its transferrable) until march 2007.

- I have had the Mini since March '05 and its in excellent condition because it has been in a shock abosrbant rubber/plastic case.
-have all the accessories that come from the factory
-have original box
-Applecare protection plan is included as well
-It does have engraving on the back (girlfriend's Idea and I know on the new IPOD i'm gonna have to get it too lol)
