I bought a Hori psp screen protector for my new black iPod. It covers the entire front perfectly. The click wheel still works exactally the same. If you want, you can cut it to measure the screen only, but i just put it across the entire face.
Then when the new incase cases come out i'll either remove it or just leave it on.
The film comes off and leaves no residue. It is 4.99 and you can get it at ebgames.
I'll take a picture tonight if someone is interested.
I did the same for my black nano except only for the screen.

Please post pics! Does it completely cover the entire front or are there little gaps? Have you tried putting one on the back too?
How does this affect button pressing, etc? Does it create little air bubbles?
Please, take a picture, I'd love to see what it looks like. Also, can one screen protector wrap around and cover the entire back too? If it doesn't, I might just get two of these.

i have one on my psp so i thought i would say some stuff about it (i know a psp and ipod arent the same thing lol)
it was insanely easy to put on my psp. you just take off one side of the cover and set it down on one side. then you push it across the other side. then they recomend to get a credit card and wrap the included cloth around it and spread it across the screen. then peel of the top layer and voila. also you can re-do the credit card thing to get any other air bubbles out. its completely clear and i dont even notice it's on. also the bubbles can just be pushed out with your finget if needed. the psp screen is about the same heaigh and width as an ipod so it should fit fairly well. to get it off put tape ont he corner and peel it off. then use to tape to get any dust or fingerprints off the protector or psp screen. its a more rigid and stiff kind of cover so i don't think you could wrap any excess over the corners.

this works really well - it covers around 90-95% of the front of the iPod and for the price ($4.99) can't be beat, thanks for the great idea! I'm going to keep the psp cover on mine and use the included neoprene case until the new Vaja case comes out...
