I don't know that anyone got email recently. it contains jpeg manual for nano shield due to scratche issue, UPS software got glitch. they need time to fix it.
anyway, if you purchase another case, you can get 40% discount. use this coupon code 'a18nano05' for next time purchase. you must use it by Dec 31, 2005.

no, you can buy any case with those code. but if you are first customer, it won't be applied I guess.

yeah, you can buy it from apple online store (1-2 weeks). but you'd better order from agent18. it's more faster. well, I guess that it will be available local store soon.

pulling the Nano out of the case, and sliding it in, instead of separating the 2 halves of the case.

i bought the agent 18 mini shock for my mini... and it works great. it doesn't look very pretty, but it really protects your iPod. it works out really well for when you work out.

just so everybody knows, the code will work
even if you are a new unregistered user.
if you want to use it, just enter the code,
then register and when you go to check out,
