Did they just randomly send you a news email? Or did you actually send them an email asking about this? I emailed customer service about this very subject 2 days ago and still have not got a response.

Same here...I emailed them two days ago to ask this very question.

If they already know the new cases will be available in November, you would think the website should be updated so they can avoid responding to so many individual email questions.
