Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. Has anyone found a way yet to change the type of a video from "Movie" to "TV Show"? iTunes 6 seems to only allow shows purchased from the iTMS to be classified as such.

You may be right. The only options I saw were "Movie" and "Music Video".

I've noticed this too. A music video I got as a bonus earlier is showing up video kind :movie when I of course i want it to be music video, but the box is grayed out. I don't know. any help?

As a note to any other readers, the other issues mentioned in this thread are out of date as they pertain to iTunes 6. iTunes 7 now allows you to set the video kind to TV Shows for items that you import yourself.

You had to use a 3rd party App to do it (iPodTVShow/Atomic Parsley for the PC or Lostify on the Mac). iTunes 7 seems to do it properly, but I have not really tested it out yet.
