Some of my observations on the eXo belt clip. Lajo--Maybe this will help with the new clip design.
After two months of fairly continuous use, my eXo belt clip has developed numerous small fractures. The thin lip of the pivoting back plate seems particularly susceptible to developing numerous cracks--a too thin edge is probably the culprit.
The spring loaded retainer blocks have very significant gouging and some fracturing-- with constant metal (from the stud)wearing against plastic the blocks are wearing down quickly.
Once the stud is seated in the clip, torsional forces are causing radial stress fracturing.
I'd estimate the clip will fail at about 6 months.
