Ok, hello to all, english is not my 1st languague so I try to be clear and brief... ( HELPPPPPPP!!!!!! )

I just bought the Ipod color display, everything runs fine but when I connect the Ipod to my usb port, a windows message on the right down corner says I have no high speed usb devices! after 2 or 3 minutes Itunes starts with my ipod perfectly attached to it but it runs kind of slow.

I have a P4 and my motherboard expecifications says I have 4 usb 2 ports and when windows starts I went to my motherboard configurations and I see the usb 2 are enable and high speed is also enable....

could someone give me a hint on how to fix this situation?

I really appretiate your time!

Thanks and saludos from Venezuela!

Andyk.

Are you using an extension cable? If so and it is not USB2.0 compliant then that could be your problem
