I brought an iPod Photo 30gb recently. I tried to install the software that came with it, but because I am without SP2 it would not install. The error I get when I try to install the software says somerthing like "Unable to Install InstallShield". I am running XP Pro SP1, and cannot update (before anyone asks me to).
Is there anyway I can get around that, to make it install? Because, at the moment, my iPod won't appear on my computer or on iTunes and I have restarted too. Please help :( .
