When I create smart playlists in iTunes it will be fine for a few days. The next time I open iTunes ALL my smart playlists change to normal playlists. I don't know whether this is an iPod issue or a Windows issue.
I have already played with different firmware, including the latest one. I have even downloaded the so called buggy iTunes 5 and I still have the same problem. I disabled the qttask that started during the start of Windows.
Maybe it's an iPod issue? I want to know so that I can return it since it's still under warranty. I just don't want the genuius bar turning me away saying it's a Windows issues, updating to latest firmware, or updating to to latest iTunes problem. So I'd like to eliminate all possibilities.
I never had this problem with the previous iPod mini I had. (The one I owned had battery issues. So I believe I have a refurbished one at the moment). Anyone please help as this has been happening frequently.
