Both Ipods now appear empty!

Both my Photo and Nano show the right amount of used space, so I know the songs are still there and my photos are viewable, but there is nothing on either iPod after connecting them to a PC.

This computer had networked drives to F and G and in the past I just unmapped the drives and everything was fine. This time this does not resolve it. I also did a reset of both iPods with no success.

Any clues what to try next?

try restoring and then load songs again

Big thing is I loaded about 100 songs at home to take to work, and I am not going home before work. Luckily, I copied all other 2000 songs onto this computer the other day just in case.

I guess that is the only option I have because I hooked it to another computer and no luck either.

Did not help. Restored and then decided to unplug external drive E: and all of a sudden, Itunes recognized my Ipod. I lost my new stuff but have it at home.

Is there some sort of issue with already have an E: and mapped F: and G:?
