I went to the Apple Store today (in Oregon) to see if they had any iPod Nano cases in stock. No cases, but they had the lanyard/headphone in stock and, of course, the arm bands.
I didn't know if anyone knew that the lanyard/headphones were in stock at the Apple Stores.

thanks for the heads up. i bet people will find that helpful. i also went to my apple store today but they didnt have the lanyards out. (MA store)

I'd say that it's just a matter of days until the third party cases go to retail.

they dont have the lanyards where i live, they said all the apple nano accessories should be in stock at the end of oct.
Who would really pay $39 for apple earphones wrapped around a usb cable looking thing? :/

^^ Heyyy, watch it :P I bought it, not to walk around with since i'd look a lil like a freak but when I go skiing itll be easier reaching underneath my jacket than opening up my pocket every time I want to start some music up or change the song.

ya know, there was a thread about some person making their own lanyard headphone, thingy ma bobber. It looked pretty good. i 4got where it is tho :(

Yeah, I saw that...don't really want to a waste a cord on it though, and the apple one looks a loot better (headphones are actually built in to it) but meh, 40 bones isnt too big of a deal for me....im a student that has nothing better to spend money from work on.
