Help me please!!!

I am attempting to load all of the songs on my Ipod onto a desktop. I have never used EpdPod before and just found it. After a quick look around I hit synchronize ipod to bring the songs onto the computer. But it only about 1/4 of them showed up and then a box comes up: Access Violation 01002AA9 in module 'Ephpod.exe'. Read address 0015FFFC??? What the hell does that mean. Please someone help me challenged self.

Welcome. Why don't you open the iPod HD and remove the music folder by dragging it onto the desktop. See: http://forums.ilounge.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=71349 - #8

I don't use that software so I can't help you but you can try the above options to get the rest of the music off of the iPod with or w/o software.
