Is there any way to prevent the Nano from rechanging itself eveytime i plug in to transfer my songs?
I assume that changing it when it not flat yet is not good for the battery.
Thanks

I have posed this question here before and I was told that it isn't possible. And I have also learned that having your iPod plugged in and having its battery recharging, even when the battery is full, won't hurt the battery. In fact, many online guides tell me that I should make a habit of keeping my iPod plugged in whenever I'm not using it.

If I wanted to do this, I'd snip off the power pin from the USB port (or wire a switch). But in real life (mine) the convinience of having an always charged POD outweights whatever batt life saving this may do.

Hi
Actually, you shouldn't run li-ion based batteries completely down that often.
