View Full Version : Requirements confusion.
On Apple's page it states that Photoshop is recommended. Now can I get by with out it? I have no intent of puting any art on my Ipod (when I get it). I hope I don't need it, that's for sure.

It is one of the apps you can use to transfer photos to the iPod. If you use windows you can just use the 'photo' section of my documents to store any photos and transfer them to the iPod w/o the need of any other software to do the transfer.
If your not planning on transferring any photos to the iPod then don't worry about it. If you want album art you don't need to purchase any software to do that transfer either.

Sometimes I wish the companies would include a section devoted entirely to people who haven't a clue as to what they are getting in to. It would certainly keep me from worrying so much.
