error copying music to ipod

I finally took my ipod to the genius bar today and they fixed it, it needed to be reformatted for pc use. I brought it home and everything seemed to be going fine, it was transferring music to my ipod from my itunes library. About halfway through, an error message popped up saying error copying files to ipod. and then my ipod would freez on the do not disconnect logo, so i had to reset it, which deleted everything that was already trasnfered. please help!!!!!!!!!!!

A reset doesn't delete the iPod so check the available space. If it's being used then the songs are on the iPod but not showing up. If the transfer was incomplete then use the updater to restore the iPod and make sure you clean your computer & your library if you haven't with anti-virus software. Your song(s) may be the problem. Then try the song transfer again.
