Sony Xplod cdx-s2000

hey guys. My friend recently purchased an ipod and has the Xplod cdx-s2000 for a head unit. He asked for my help hooking his ipod up to it. I noticed that it had RCA inputs on the back so he purchased a headphone jack to male RCA cable to hook it up. We then plugged it into the back of the head unit. However, we can not figure out how to select auxilary on the head unit. Is there anybody out there with this or a similar head unit that could help?

try pressin the source button, that should scroll through all hardware that it detects. it might be aux or cd2...i have an xplod head unit as well and getting ready to integrate my ipod as well.

Be sure that this is an AUX connection and not just a cd changer. Some Sony's you have to enable the AUX, Check the manual
