I was listening to the iPod and noticed that there is a little bit of static behind the song while listening with my iTrip. It is set on 89.9 right now. Is there a better/best station to put it on? Is a higher or lower frequency better? I have a problem because I live in Nashville and there are not a whole lot of open stations. Anybody have a better station that I can try, preferrable anybody that lives in the Nashville area? Also, is the static behind the music normal?

its the iTrip, you should get the kensington FM Transmitter...its the best. also some staions may have a staticy problem but the Kensignton one lets you go to 87.9.

Cheezeit, Yes....the static behind the music is normal with the ITrip if you don't pick a frequency that is totally free of noise from ajacent stations.
Try finding a frequency in the middle of the dial. Anywhere between 98-104 mhz will give you better sound quality.
