what is the situation? using itunes is easiest by FAR!
why no iTunes???
only reason i can think of
you use Linux(which i do not think i sthe case here)
use an older Windows or Mac OS that does not support iTunes(in which case update ur OS or computer)
don't like iTunes(in which case your wrong)
