Shuffle - Fast Forward - lost bookmark

Ok I've been running to Seabiscuit for a week. I last left off about 5 hours into the book. This morning (after charging) I am back near the beginning of the book. I can't seem to fast forward to appropriate place. Do I really have to listen to 5 hours again before getting to the right spot? Plz help!! Thx

Well I recommend you use a sound-editing program to split the book into chapters and put them on the Shuffle as separate tracks. Then you can navigate straight to the chapter you want.
