The "lego" arm attachment included with the TransPod and the RoadTrip are simply not practical for people who own the larger iPods and need the ability to swivel the iPod left to right. Although the additional arm included does provide the left to right swivel, I've noticed it becomes completely unstable and top heavy! I think a huge improvement to both products would be the ability to offer left to right swivel on the first arm and not just on the second arm.
Does anyone know of just a car cradle FM transmitter device that offers left to right swivel capabilities on the first "lego" arm? I'm not looking for an iTrip type device or a customized ice-link connection.
I also understand the PodBuddy device can't be sold, because it infringes on the TransPod patent although the RoadTrip is a direct competitor and does the very same thing the TransPod seeks out to do but the RoadTrip still remains in stores today! hmm...
Thanks for your help,
Evan
