What I'd like is the ability to leave a long file and return to the exact spot, even after playing other tracks in the meantime, a kind of "bookmark" for the last place.
I listen to a lot of lectures, books on tape, etc., and would like to be able to return to the exact spot I left off. I know that you can sort of do this with audible files, but it shouldn't be too difficult to have a "bookmark" feature. When you went to play the file again, perhaps the ipod would allow to you choose whether to start at the bookmark or at the beginning (and delete the bookmark.)
