I recently found my ipod to have the sad ipodface when you turn it on, nothing works.
I sent for my ipod mini "carepackage" the night of the 12th in September.
How long does it take for this to get delivered? Is it FedExd or small enough to be in the mail?
I really want my ipod back! I've only had it for about 6 months, and I know this will take about a week or so to do I assume.

I really like the nano, maybe they send me one of those back
I tried calling the most local Apple store but they said they couldn't service it at the Galleria location in Houston

You should have the box in a day or two.

If you have yet to receive it, call apple and say you have yet to receive it. The first time I requested repair, the box never came and it took three tries before they got it right.

It is usually overnighted (in the US, so you should receive it within 48 hours depending on if you are available to get it. In the US it is shipped via DHL.
