About how long does the wax guard and foam sleeve last before they should be replaced?

when i had e3cs, the foamies tended to last around a month of moderate use. it depends on how much you listen to them and how clean you keep your ears. if u keep ur ears wax free they will last a little longer or at least look cleaner. after a while the foam doesnt expand as quickly as it used to. if you search around you can find good ways of cleaning them.
i am not sure about the wax guards.
